Q3: What is the difference between diameter ØD and spigot OD?

Yes. One-source sleeve + spigot guarantees matched cuff-to-groove fit. Spigots are SS304 or SS316L, 50 mm or 90 mm height.

Q5: What tolerance do you fabricate to?

ISO 2768-m as standard. Spigot surface finish is 2B (Ra < 0.8 µm) or electro-polished (Ra < 0.4 µm) for pharma duty.
