1. Standard Diameter Series (20 Sizes)

The diameter (ØD) is the inner bore of the sleeve, matched to your spigot seating channel. All 20 sizes are standard:

2. Standard Length Series (19 Sizes)

The length (L / CL) is the net gap between spigot faces, excluding the seal ring areas at both ends. Standard increments of 50 mm:

Any diameter × any length is available. 20 diameters × 19 lengths = 380 standard combinations, all CNC-cut with zero tooling fees. Non-standard lengths (e.g., 275 mm, 625 mm) are fabricated to the exact millimeter at no extra charge.

3. Complete Size Matrix (Diameter × Length)

Use this matrix to confirm availability at a glance. ✓ = standard, available off-the-shelf. All unmarked combinations are CNC-cut to order with zero tooling fees.

The "custom" column is not an upcharge. Lengths beyond 600 mm (650–1000 mm) are CNC-cut to order and ship in the same production window as standard lengths.

5. Material Codes & Specifications

The model number encodes material + diameter + length. Use this table to specify the correct grade:

Anti-static grade: PUAS surface resistivity is <10⁹ Ω (dissipative range); SGS-verified volume resistivity 4.02×10⁷ Ω (Report SHMR240801578301-1, per IEC 62631-3-1:2023). Suitable for ATEX Zones 20/21/22.

Q3: What is the difference between diameter ØD and spigot OD?
